Nothing is straightforward. Always a mess about!

I'm really ****ed off that all of my verified devices are no longer verified and now my account has been made inactive. And because it's been made inactive I need to resupply FICA documents but I can't upload them via online banking or the app because my devices are not verified. And when I call, I don't put through to the right person and then I get hung up on.
