Nothing easy about your EasyZero Account.

I visited you overport branch. **** service as usual. Your bank spends millions in marketing to rope in new clients. You advertise the EasyZero account to clients then when I visit a branch because of complications in opening the account on my own you try to upsell me to a paid monthly account and tell me it's a pay as you use account. How can a pay as you use account have a monthly fee ? This seems very ****my to a customer. Rope us in with a No Monthly Fee account and then try to upsell us to a paid account. Also you won't let us open a business zero unless we have some other account with you. This is unnecessary red tape which you don't mention in you advertising. To whoever reads this don't fall for the Upselling and Cross-selling. Their are loads of other bank with free monthly accounts with alot less hassle.
