Nothing but problems with FNB for years past and to come

A month later and no feedback on the overcharges on my vehicle, pulling a statement im finding major discrepancies where my contract balance remains the same for 3 months.

I also queried nonsense charges on my credit card, im now rather using discovery banks credit card facilities.

Also no feedback on how to get the excess funds out of my vehicle account? No call, no email nothing.

And if you did try call (missed call) trying once is hardly an attempt to resolve the issue.
