Nothing but lies

I was retrenched. I submitted my claim for my debt policy. It was approved. The claim paid for my COVID relief loan as well as my personal loan. However I was also mistakenly debited for both. In the last week multiple people have made promises to get these debit orders reversed. Yet still nothing.

I’ve been retrenched. I need my money but once again FNB is quick to take my money but takes it’s time to return.

Proving once again that FNB can’t be trusted.
