Nothing but Frustration

How can something so simple be made so difficult? First I tried the app, then I phoned customer care online. They referred me to an ATM and even confirmed it was definitely possible to get a bank statement for a specific time frame. I didn’t need the usual 23rd to 23rd dates — I needed a proper statement from the 1st to the 30th. But of course, that wasn’t possible.

So I went into the branch, only to be met with very unwilling staff who told me that in 2025 it’s apparently not possible at all. Seriously, how is this still a problem today’s day and age technology I don’t want your service for free never did get it for free in the first place just needed your assistance with something that should have been so quick and easy but took so much time and effort and still nothing but frustration
