Not yet competent

I cannot believe how *********** FNB Northrand Road is. I spoke to 5 different people there and not one could tell me the rates for making international transfers or the limits allowed. How can a bank operate with no knowledge of the services they offer. What a disaster,25 years of banking with FNB and I am horrified how poor and *********** they are.
