Not worth the switch!!!

So I tried to switch to FNB because apparently their service is fantastic and it's SO EASY to switch. this couldn't be further from the truth!! Still haven't received my credit card, and it has been more than two weeks. No communication to tell me how the process is going, or when I can expect delivery.

If I knew FNB's service was worse than my current bank I wouldn't have bothered!!

What a dissapointment FNB!!! Bad start to say the least!
