Not willing to offer credit

Been banking with FNB for the past 20 years . I have a Home loan, WESBANK previously & now , currently having a premier account with them .

Currently they are refusing to offer me credit based on settled accounts. While other banks are willing to offer even more . Disgraceful.

My credit ratings is very good , all my accounts are up to date. I’m not over indebted.

Maybe my solution is to move my accounts to others banks.
