Not willing to help their customers

I ordered a card from FNB and they sent my card to CCD couriers.<br> This guys received my card on Wednesday last week and never contacted me nor delivered my card. This is totally unacceptable and I don't understand why FNB would do business with this guys as they will cost them dearly.<br> For the inconvenience that this guys caused me, I will be moving away from FNB and opening account with other banks as they do business with unreliable couriers and when I called them to solve this with their so called couriers they have the nerve to give me CCD couriers contact numbers and refused to call them themselves. Useless FNB and CCD couriers
