Not willing to advise and help

I called the FNB call center asking for help. I um currently under a lot of debt and would like a consolidation loan. The answer I got was that they do not do consolidations and I find that very painful as other banks were willing to help. They do not offer any alternatives on managing even your debt with them. I have used this bank since I was a student but that counts for nothing with FNB. I dont want to go the debt counselling route. All I need is for my bank to help me consolidate all my loans into one affordable repayment installment.
