Not what I signed up for

FNB repeatedly debits bank fees any time of the month. |They also back date it to before purchase transactions, which already went through my account. Then the slap on R110 charge for insufficient funds, but at the time the funds were available and the transaction went through. I even resorted to keeping my money in my fluid account and using as needed. Still the minute I transfer, pended transaction come off my available balance again. I never know what is available and what is not available. Another lie is that you have a private banker on Premier account. They took that away after I signed up. Then I upgraded to private client, and the so called private banker in now a call centre. The 24 hour call centre was taken away to be a 8-5 call centre. The repeatedly stops working and locks me out, and I have so far used all my data to try and reload it. Now I cant use online banking because everything I do must be approved on the app.Last week my nice sent me R300 and I could not withdraw R50 of that because of a R8 withdrawal charge. I logged a complaint and was told only on the second withdrawal do you get charged but this was the first withdrawal. I have logged many queries and complaints of which I have received 0 repsonse. I am now logging complaints with the ombudsman. This is why I am closing all my accounts with FNB. This is not what I signed up for. Watch out.
