Not very happy

I was charged a RCP fee of R40 1/8/15,then another R34 on 14/8 in the middle of the month which caused me to go in arrears,then again R57 31/8/15. I phoned 2X now asking what is going on,the first time they said they will get back to me and today I was just cut off!!! If the fee went from R40 to R57,fine but why on this heavenly earth did you charge me R34..? In the middle of the month. Also on 31/8/15,I had to pay another R120 redirecting fee for heaven knows what. When you phone, no-one ever knows why. They don't phone back and you get cutt-off. Bad service according to me!
