Not very client centric

I'm so annoyed with FNB and thier consultants, went to the branch to get help nothing .. I'm getting emails on emails from different consultants with different requirements .... No one pick up and calls I mean really what is a call to a client

I'm so ever sorry I have a Bond with a bank that is not client centric
