Not updating payments at credit bureau
I paid up my fnb credit card a while ago however when I pulled my credit report FNB has not updated since 2013!!!!! This is really unacceptable as this is reflecting negatively on my credit report. I haven't received feedback from the attorneys or fnb when I asked for a settlement letter.
