Not Updating Information on ITC

I can not stress enough of how disapointed i am with FNB. Im writing this review for the second month now im not sure if its incompetence or they just like showing there clients the middle finger.

I paid of my Credit Card 4 months ago. but till today Experian stil reflect me as Owing. I emailed Experian the paid up letter I emailed FNB the paid up letter was promised the issue would be resolved within 20 days we on the second month now stil this issue is not getting resolved. what is so difficult to update my information?!?!?!!

are you guys even aware of the damage of not updating our information??????????????
