Not updating credit reports

I am sick and tired of FNB!!! I have warned uou two months ago that Im going to close my accounts! Why the F$&@ have you guys not updated my credit report!!! 1) FNB Connect - Payed off device 3 months ago still reflecting 2) FNB Fusion - my Facility is R50k I dont use any of ot still it shows balance of R63k and installment of R3165 pm!!!! Send me paid up letter via email ASAP and sort out this S$&@
