NOT UPDATING CREDIT RECORD INFORMATION(TARNISHED CREDIT RATING)

I had been a loyal client of the bank for many years. After man altercations i closed my credit cards with the bank. FOr years, money remained in these accounts unpaid to me. Eventually they paid the funds back into my Cheque account. Most recently i have ben simply trying to froce FNB to update my credit card records so that they do not refelct on Transunion as ACIVE! FNB have not done this in over a year and they continue to show up month after month! My credit record is being diminished by unused active accounts with high limits!! Please for the love of g-d help me fix this problem!!!
