NOT UPDATING CREDIT BUREAU RECORDS, AFFECTING CREDIT SCORE
I had a credit card and an overdraft with FNB, which was closed. The worst is having these closed accounts reflecting as ACTIVE on Credit Bureau, this in spite of having be permanently closed by with the bank months ago. Now when I check the last update period from the bank to the credit bureaus, it is Oct and Nov respectively. Currently my credit balances are overstated as a result of the Closed Credit Card & Overdraft which FNB didn't bother to close as it is regarded as ACTIVE ACCOUNTS

Following your promised response of: Someone will contact me, none of that has happened. Ans perhaps you have no idea of how this FALSE reflection on my creit bureau affects me. I cannot prove that the account was closed as it shows active and open. Till now nobody says to me: We have failed in updating the records, update them and at least peovide me a PAID UP letter that I can at least show to prove my position. All I am getting is silence.. Like really?
