Not updating Credit Bureau

According to my credit report on TransUnion it states that I have a FNB Temp Loan to the amount of R 5 625,00 that reflects on my profile since 2017/02/21. This is impacting my credit score greatly as it shows R 5 625,00 as the monthly payment. Why don't you update the account on TransUnion?

The loan was paid in March 2017 already as it was a 31 day loan.

Not impressed.

Also, I have updated my residential and statement address about 3 times in the branch already, however on my statements it still shows my address from when I opened my account. What is the point of having the Fica requirements if you don't update my profile with the latest info?
