Not Unable but Unwilling to Help

Having sold my property for 5.3M having a bond of 1.7M I've notified the bank that I will have trouble being able to pay my bond instalment and do the repairs to get the sale through. I enquired if there is any help I could get withn a temporary instalment reduction so that I could get the sale through. After over 3 hours on the phone (first calling premier banking) and being put through to at least 4 different divisions - the long answer there is zero we're prepared to do.
