Not Treating Customers Fairly and Very Poor Service Delivery from a well-known bank

Nobody within in FNB is able to help me with reversing my monies back that is unauthorized, plus the procedures changed without notifying their customers by email, telephone or text message (sms). I really thought that you're better than the other well known banks, however the service and the way some advisors over the phone has lately treated me in unfair. Have you ever considered about treating your customers fairly and have your customers receive any fair outcomes regarding their enquiries. I am requesting that my debit orders for the months of January (end of January 2019) and February (end of February 2019). The total come R6224.00 plus I want compensation from FNB as this caused my heart condition to be effected, stressed and anxiety. I want to be called on the 04/03/2019 at 8am to my mobile number ********** 853. This is my resolution and need to be accepted.
