Not transparent.

Beware of accepting an EasyOne account with FNB. No where on my contract nor when opening my account was it stipulated nor I told that if I earned above R5000 my account fees would sky rocket between R350 - R500 a month. I've paid over R7000 in fees over the last two years and all the while because i should have been a gold account. FNB made no attempts to contact nor inform me of this and I'd really like the difference to be paid back to me of over R4000 now that I called and was told for the first time that I'm on the lowest account whereby i am penalised for earning. Its actual ******* if you ask me. At least inform your customers when they open the account or put it in the fine print!
