Not even worth the one star

Money in and out on our account, without ANY notification, and next minute we are in a huge debit amount, without an overdraft activated on our account! As we hate debt! Bad banking experience. We pay a huge monthly amount for our account, and this to be dropped in the mud! And then they are making it off as our fault?!?!? Not happy with this banking institution!
