Not thinking it through

FNB have gone over to approving EFT or Online purchases only through the FNB App. No more OTP. It sucks. You cant do first world things in a country with Eskom and cell towers with ****** batteries. I have tried umpteen time to buy a simple light. Cant even complain on the app because it gives an error. WHAT WERE YOU ThINKING? This will make me leave FNB
