Not there for its clients

I'm so disappointed in FNB - I first thought FNB was the bank to use. But I have to say FNB just keeps disappointing me. First "*****" was almost caused on my accounts from an inside person at FNB e-bucks. Then the staff at FNB didn't want to assist and now I'm told if you purchase on line from Takealot or Bidorbuy and pay via EFT your purchase is not seen as a transaction to earn ebucks. You have to use your credit card. How disappointing - I use an option to safe guard myself against online hackers and therefore get penalized. Can you see that Takealot or Bidorbuy are online shops? It seems everybody is correct that FNB is just like all the other local banks. Not useful at all......................................
