Not the sharpest pencil in the industry
On 20th April 2015 I received an SMS notifying me that my Business account will be frozen within 24 hours pending the submission of certain documents for FICA. I rep**** with an email and all the documents required same day. The next day I phoned them to confirm reception, they have not received it. I again send it through to a new email given. I received a confirmation email stating that they have received it. In anticipation of their incompetence I shifted +/- R 1 million to another bank just in case the fools do froze my account. The did lose my Business trust documents twice before, so I was weary. Good thing! On Wednesday, 22 April, I again received an email stating that I have to submit the documents or my account will be frozen!? I responded referring them to my previous communications and the confirmation email received, which I attached.
YIP, they still froze my account! No answers on my emails to 6 people within FNB to date!
Cheers FNB, this was the last time I have to deal with your incompetence!!!
