Not the Helping Bank they claim to be.....

I opened an Fnb business account in December, for a bottle store, we were hit with the Jan lockdown and then again the Easter lockdown, so never really got of the ground, I asked for some assistance from the bank and was told the business does not meet the criteria and its the same bank thats claiming that they are there to help struggling businesses, I'm struggling and need help but got turned down numerous times ,think its time to find a bank thats really and sincerely willing to go the extra mile.
