Not the best service from FNB

I dont have a problem with waiting - but dont send a sms you will deliver that day and then nothing - keep to a date or promise - I understand it take 7- 14 days - but when you get an sms saying it will be delivered - i take it as your word. now its 3 days after the sms was sent saying deliver today - i am still waiting -
