Not the best bank or service in SA

I received this message. FNB :-) Your Business Acc 4827 is over limit. Please settle the full balance immediately. FNB div of FRB Ltd FSP 3071 and NCRCP20

I never used the business account. How can you allow an account to go over limit that is not being used. This is *******. Please correct and close the account.

Also, I cannot get my username for my app to view my account. It's takes forever to get help. Very disappointed in the service.

Please assist urgently
