NOT the best bank for Forex in SA!!

I have a global account at FNB that became dormant and thus "blocked". So I went to Gezina branch to get it "unblocked" (I think on 4 Aug). After waiting in a queue for 15 minutes, I'm told that I need proof of residence. OK, so I get it, go back, stand in the queue again for only 10 minutes, before getting to the front. Now I don't need proof of residence anymore, because I'm not opening a new account. HUH? And suddenly they go offline. they go "offline". OK, not their fault. Is there no way that I can do it online, or phone forex myself?
