Not the best bank at the moment

Well after rating them the best bank I ran into a problem with FNB, after my Covid19 extension plan were approved my debit orders still went off, I have been on the secure chat almost every day asking them to reverse the debit orders, when you go to secure chat FNB states that debit orders will be reversed WHITIN 24 Hours, this however is not true because I have been waiting much more than 24 hours, the matter was escalated I even logged a complaint and still nothing happened. I understand that there is a back log on the Covid19 extension plans FNB but do not say it will take 24 hours for debit orders to be reversed and you know it will not be reversed.
