NOT THE BANKS JOB TO COUNT MONEY

I WENT INTO THE BRANCH TO DEPOSIT MY CHILDS MONEY FROM HER ***GY BANK INTO HER ACCOUNT. I WAS ADVISED THAT IT IS NOT THEIR JOB TO COUNT THE MONEY AND THEY ARE NOT OBLIGED TO ACCEPT COINS. AFTER CALLING THE SALES MANAGER. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT PERHAPS IF I WAITED THEY COULD DO ME A FAVOUR AND ACCEPT THE MONEY. SINCE WHEN DOES A BANK REFUSE A DEPOSIT???
