Not the bank you would want to do business with.
Personally I do not bank with FNB and wouldn't consider doing so even if they paid me, but my wife did open a Non- Resident account with them several year ago and it has been like pulling teeth every time we need to do something. The latest episode of the joke which is FNB customer service is trying to reverse a charge that I myself made into my wifes account on January 29, 2025. The money is sitting blocked on my wifes account for some bureaucratic reasons . After spending days just trying to get hold of them, we told them to simply reverse the money back to my account. It has now been 20 days since I originally transferred the money to my wifes account and its still sitting there . She cant touch it and I dont have it back in my account. What is it that we need to do to get our money back??
