Not the bank it used to be.
On Monday I asked FNB on FB messaging what my interest rate on my savings account is and why it does not appear on my statement where provision has been made for it. I want to compare it to other offers like Tymebank. I sent another message which they have now ignored. Depending on the answer, will define my decision. MJ please go back and fix FNB.
