Not taking accountability for ***** from there side

I had a *****ulent amount deducted from my account , the agent on the phone blamed Spotify saying I joined them in September or October which was not true , they now telling me I must wait 7-10 working days to review the case and then they decide weather or not to sort the issue out ? How am I supposed to trust a bank that can’t keep my money safe !!
