Not switching debit orders

I switch my bank account to FNB and it was said to me there will be no problem switching my debit order. What a nightmare, my cellphone was cut of, my dstv was cut of and I had to change my car finance, personal loan ectby myself. When I app**** for a credit card it was denied because I was on ITC because of Tracker that I had a dispute with but at the end just to get rid of Tracker I paid them up with the cancellation fee in a total amount of R1550. I never had a bad credit record in my life but FNB did not bodderd to look in to it or asked me for reasons or follow up on my good dredit record with orher companies. I'm so disappointent and at the moment so ungry. I should never have change, I should have stayed at the bank that I was for 30 years. But regret it's a good thing but it's to late, nê?
