NOT SURE WHY FNB FUNERAL INSURANCE DON'T COMMUNICATE
FNB Funeral Insurance... Firstly app not user friendly, secondly updates not viewable. No communication on status of claim. In the mean time funeral directors have to wait to be paid as a funeral is not small change.
