not sure if I am still gonna bank with FNB -got **********

<p>Please i get clarification on this matter, an amount of R1285 was taken off my minimum earning salary . when enquired through FNB call centre I was told it was for deposits done into my account.These deposits were done at an atm and not inside the bank.According to what I understand atm deposits are "free" , so why was I charged?</p> <p> </p> <p>Am not a happy person as am the only person who works in my home, have two kids to support and have to pay for rent.</p> <p> </p> <p>FNB 's motto is : How can we help you?"</p> <p> </p> <p>Lets see how you can help me ..as m definitely upset</p> <p> </p>
