Not so Innovative

I app**** for a loan online om saturday and i was asdvised that it id approved and that i should send a certified ID copy - i then did that as soon as possible as i need the money, only for FNb to tell me that they wont take that copy as it has no employee number from the teller. i then advised that i use FNb as a primary bank, why can they no corellate the details on the copy i sent with the one they have on file and no response was given for that - i mean i logged into my online profile, did the application there, using my secure login details, gave them two certified copies - 1 from their internal systems and they still cant accept it - ludacris i then walked to an FNB bank - benmore garden where khutos the consultant - made a copy of my ID, certified it and used a FNB email address to email the loans department and to my suprise they said that they cant accept that an i must go to the police station. how innovative is that? how is that banking while i am still on my chair? i am fed up with this process and i demand someone to fix this now or i am moving accounts cause the extra things they boast about is clearly useless to me please call me to fix this
