NOT SO EASY ZERO ACCOUNT, JUST A ZERO FOR FNB

Their ad for Easy Zero clearly states the account can be used with Online Banking. Got the account and cannot use it with Online Banking. Using online chat, they say they can only assist me in a week? LOL
