Not so Easy Easy Zero

I recently opened a Easy Zero account for my fiance. Yesterday I sent R200 to this account and now he cant withdraw this money as he has to visit a branch to link a card. Your advertising is misleading. It does not mention anything about visiting a branch before you can use the account. It actually says that you can use this account immediately after you open it from your cellphone. Please close this easy zero account and convert it back to a normal ewallet. Neither of us have time to stand in ques and I cannot lose R200 because of false advertising.
