Not sending settlement letters!!!!!!!

I have been waiting FOREVER for a stupid leter stating my and my husbands credit card has been closed and paid up.! As soon as i review it on hellopeter they are very quick to phone and ensure that they will be sending it, hence they just DONT! I paid my card and i need a simple letter for almost a month now! The letter MUST indicate the account number TO SHOW WHICH ONE IS CLOSED...then i get calls from 1 person at fnb saying its fine they will send it...(still waiting) and then another call from Faranaz saying no they cant as it is for security reasons? ***? ITS MY ACCOUNT, and IT HAS BEEN CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And removed from my profile so just send me the damn letter stating the account with the number has been closed for myself and my husband its NOT THAT DIFFICULT!
