Not sending settlement letters!!!!

We conplained regarding fnb not sending us our settlement and closed up letters which they eventually did. However....me and my husbands credit card settlement and closed up account letter does not show and indicate the account number. This is needed since 2 weeks back already. I need this urgently!!!!!!
