Not saying yes to their SMS but they still deduct
Received and SMS from FNB saying they would like to put my debit order for my loan through on the 15th December if I agree I must reply YES...which I did not as I only get pay on the 20th....guess what ... I used my card the transaction could not go through.. reason being insufficient funds... FNB deducted the loan amount without my YES...how do you rectify this unfair embarrassing moment?? Even if you want to say sorry that's not going to help or make it better..this is a shop where I buy at least once a week.. Saying sorry never works people!! Maybe putting up a sign reading Sorry customers, it is our mistake, not Mrs H's fault so please stop laughing and pointing at her!!! FNB's supposed to be the most innovating and advanced bank????
