Not satisfied

It been over 2 months trying to get help from this nonsensical bank with my mother late estate account and believe me they offer the worst service ever i wouldn’t recommend them, they always come up with back and forth excuses while you get to hear one and the same thing when you try to call that fiduciary department, worst they been giving me runs around on removing the hold on on the ****** account while we still have daily needs to be taken of they just make it a worst nightmare for the beloved rightfully beneficiaries.
