Not satisfied

Hi Wenzile I went to FNB and reported that I was still unemployed then I was told to pay as little as I can and there will be no interest added because I was still unemployed, calls are recorded and they will be available on request. I told the consultant that I can try to pay R400 few months down the line I received another call thanking me that I am paying every month as per arrangement, will it be possible if I can add R100 so that the balance will decrease faster, then I agree. I don’t understand if you are saying you don’t have those request. As I said before my number is working perfectly fine.

Are you saying that these arrangement were made with no one. all the payments I have made to FNB are you saying the bank guessed my account details
