not satisfied!

I have a 32 day notice account with FNB.....but i had an emergency back home in the rural areas (funeral)so i approached the bank with an affidavit stating of the funeral and the request for funds immediately...sadly i did not receive the help i thought i would looking at the situation i am in....i was told to bring a death certificate ...i tried explaining to the consultant but he declined saying he could not do anything...if the funeral was around i would have probably brought the death certificate with...but its in Zimbabwe rural areas...<br> Looking at the situation i was in ...i was expecting immediate help
