Not returning my phone calls and my money is missing!

<p>I have paid money to African Bank. They make use of an ABSA Account. They are found as a public beneficiary under FNB online banking. It has been 4 weeks now. My money is not reflecting in African Banks side. But the money is missing from my bank account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have phone so many times, I have sent mails. And yet nothing has happened. This is my business account, and the experience is terrible to say the least. I wait 20min. for each phone call to get answered. And then I have un-educated person answer the phone call on the other side. I have got many reference numbers and yet nothing has happened. Nobody can tell me where my money has gone.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last lady I spoke to said she will get back to me. This was 2 weeks ago. </p>
