Not Responding to Claims made

I got my Law on call policy about a year ago if not longer and all i have been doing is paying for nothing really.

on paper it seems so great and neccessary for one to have esp when banking with FNB then you can keep all you policies in one place.

so on the 6th of January this year i made a claim needing assistance with a very small letter.

I sent the mail and stated all that i needed to state and to my exitement i received an automated mail almost immedietly after clicking on the send button.

now after more than 6 months all i have haver received from Law on Call with regadrs to my claim was an automated mail.

it sad to think that i have been paying every month without fail for something that is not going to help with with anything.

i want to cancell this so-called policy and get my money back. Cant be paying bank charges and still pay for non existing policies
