NOT RESPONDING!!!

I have fica my bank account with FNB in Sept 2014 and has received 2 e mails from a FNB employee confirming such!<br> To my disappointment and shock, after several attempts and submitting all documentation again, month later... my account is still frozen....mailing FNB staff, including the CEO of first rand has had no joy! HOW CAN WE HELP!!!! FNB needs to get their act in a row......WATCH the electronic media...LETS START...
